O R D E R

The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 333, 296(b), 1/4

115(2) & 351(2) of BNS Act in Crime No.226 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's son had lodged a complaint before the District Collector regarding the atrocity made by some persons near his house. For which, the petitioner along with other accused had abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and also attacked them and they sustained simple injuries. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are totally four accused in this case and this petitioner is arrayed as A1. He further submitted that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having four previous cases, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
