C.M.P.No.27864 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 487 days in representing the above said appeal.

C.M.P.No.27866 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 517 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.11,800/-in the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 487 & 517 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
