A.No.6773 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to extend the lease period for a further period of 25 years by way of Supplementary Agreement to the existing Lease Agreement dated 05.10.2023 entered into between the third respondent.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the applicant sought leave of this Court to withdraw this application. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
