The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 6, 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 in Crime No.271 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein has already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.19667 of 2025 dated 28.07.2025, with certain conditions including cash deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). The petitioner has not deposited the said sum within time hence, he filed extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.16022 of 2022 for complying the said order and subsequently, he also filed modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.16024 of 2022 to modify the very same order. Both the petitions were dismissed on 25.08.2025. Now, the petitioner has filed the present petition for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Since the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 28.07.2025, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail for the very same petitioner is not maintainable.
4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 18.09.2025 ssi 2/4
