ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 123 (328 IPC), 111 BNS read with 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and under Section 8(c), 20(b) (ii)(A) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.184 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner herein is the owner of the medical shop apprehends arrest in Crime No.184 of 2025 registered in connection with seizure of 256 TAPEN PADOL Tablet and 150 grams of Ganja from A1 & A2. Based on the confession of A1 & A2, the petitioner is arrayed as one of the accused. 3.The Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the drug sold only on proper prescription and she is no way concern with the recovery of TAPEN PADOL Tabet from A1 & A2.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that, so far the petitioner not been arrayed as accused but however, the investigation is still pending, wherein the source of seized TAPEN PADOL tablet indicates the shop of the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and also perused the

materials available on record.

Considering the nature of allegations, the fact that earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 in Crl.OP No.23967 of 2025 and that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
