A.No.6003 of 2024 in A.No.247 of 2021 P.B.BALAJI, J., The present application has been filed for raising the attachment order dated 02.02.2022 made in A.No.247 of 2021 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the Principal District Judge, Trichy.

2.According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant has settled the amount due and payable to the respondent/Company in full and final settlement.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/Company submits that the said settlement is indeed true and the Company has no objection for the attachment order being raised.
