ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.Not known of 2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/State submits that enquiry has been conducted and found that no case is pending against the petitioner as on date and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded and accordingly, this petition is closed.
