ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120B, 468, 471, 420 of IPC in Crime No.319 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24029 of 2025 in the following lines: "However, the complaint clearly shows that after the death of one of the principal by name, Kunjappan, the property has been K. RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.O.P.No.25602 of 2025 investigated in accordance with law for which custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that the investigation is pending. However, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that this is the second bail application and this petition has been filed within a week without any change in circumstances, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
