ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to implead the proposed respondent No.2 i.e., the Deputy General Manager, Central Bank of India, Corporate Finance Branch, Chennai as 2 nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.26606 of 2023.

2.This Court, on 08.12.2023, had directed the petitioner to serve typed set of papers and petition copy to Mr.T.M.Hariharan, who had taken notice for the second respondent-Bank. The second respondent also filed its counter. It is seen that though literally the bank had participated and got itself impleaded, the amendment has not been carried out in the cause-title. There is no specific order in the impleading petition. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title.
