Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, High Court of Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, SB A/c.No.484077277,IFSC No.IDIBOOOM157, and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
