A. No.488 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 490 days in filing the written statement in the suit.

2. Even though an objection has been raised by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff for allowing this application, this Court is overruling the said objection, since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for condoning the delay.

3. Admittedly, both the parties have gone for mediation and the mediation talks also got failed, only recently i.e. on 11.01.2024. Therefore, A. No.488 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for and the written statement is taken on record.

4. Post the matter for counter and disposal in the other interlocutory applications on 20.02.2024.
