This petition is filed to condone the delay of 128 days in filing the present Writ Appeal.

2. The learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of the respondents would oppose the condone delay petition mainly on the ground that the reasons stated in the affidavit would be insufficient.

3. However, the delay being 128 days, which is not enormous, this Court is inclined to entertain the present petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of the counsel for the respondents while listing for admission.
