This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment to the post of PG Teacher in the existing vacancy. 2.

It is seen that as per the notification, the petitioner applied for the post of PG Teacher in Tamil and attended examination. However, the petitioner was not coming under the zone of consideration and as such, the petitioner was not selected to the said post. 3.

Hence, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
