This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to add the offences under Section 307 and 506(II) of IPC in the FIR No.956 of 2019 dated 02.12.2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The respondent is directed to conduct the investigation diligently and effectively , if the investigation reveals that the provisions of Sections 307 and 506(II) of IPC also attracts, he has to either file alteration report or final report including these sections.

3. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
