This petition is filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 6th respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and the respondents 2 and 3 are represented by 1st respondent.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1, 4 and 5 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them, either in person or through counsel. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 44 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
