The present Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to grant leave to the applicant/petitioner to file the Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 15.03.2016 on the file of I Additional District Court, Erode.

2. The petitioner was a minor at the time of the District Judge entertaining an application permitting the mother of the petitioner to mortgage the interest of the minors in the subject property. The petitioner has grievances regarding the said order and subsequent to attaining the age of majority between the space of three years has now challenged the said order.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, leave is granted.
