This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in crime No. 474 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others had illegally transported 1841 kgs of banned tobacco products and liquor by using six cars. Hence, the case.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the facts of the case, the contraband seized from the accused persons is huge quantity and also there is no change in circumstances after dismissing the previous bail petition.
