ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the application dated 13.09.2019 given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent to measure and demark his land situated at 61 Mangalam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.09.2019 and to measure and demark the subject property, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and the 3rd respondent and also counter parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
