PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.1/3A2 measuring to an extent of 2.2.35 hectares situated at Bethasigaralapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the representation dated 06.08.2025, within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents has placed on record the survey report dated 23.01.2026 and submitted that since the survey report has been served on the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is achieved. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees with the same.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous by recording the fact that the survey and demarcation of the petitioner's property as sought for in this writ petition has already been done. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the survey report, if so aggrieved, in the manner known to the petitioner under the law.
