This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 3 and 4 as Respondents 3 and 4 in the Contempt Petition.

In view of the order, dated 01.11.2023, the applicant has to bring the persons, who have attempted to disobey the orders of this Court, as Parties/Respondents in the Contempt Petition.

Since we feel that the proposed respondents are proper and necessary parties for effective adjudication of the matter, this Application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause Title in the Contempt Petition.
