This application has been filed seeking to issue summons to Dr.Pooma Chandrika, Senior Civil Surgeon, Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai for examination as PW-2 in the above Original Petition.

2.Considering the nature of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the opinion given by the Doctor is relevant for proving certain facts, this application stands ordered, accordingly.

3. Issue summons to Dr.Pooma Chandrika, Senior Civil Surgeon, Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai to appear before the learned Master for recording evidence on 22.01.2024. The evidence shall be completed within a period of one month and after completion of evidence, post before this Court.
