This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and lay final report in Crime No.170/2023 within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 1/4

2.The petitioner had lodged a complaint, consequent to which FIR in Crime No.170 of 2023 had been registered on 10.08.2023, under Sections 406 & 420 IPC. The entire issue is about hypothecation of a vehicle and advancement of loan by the petitioner herein. The petitioner has also named the accused in the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 4.Taking all the factors into consideration and the representation made by the respondent, time is granted till 15.04.2024 for filing of the final report. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 20.12.2023 sli 2/4
