This matter is listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, when the above writ petition came up for hearing on 08.01.2025, this Court had disposed of the writ petition, directing the respondents/authorities to conduct fresh enquiry by affording full opportunity to the petitioner to cross examine and conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry. However, the following portion has been omitted in the said order and the same may be incorporated in paragraph 7 of that order.

"Any such enquiry shall not be a parallel enquiry to the investigation being conducted by the EOW"

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to correct the errors made in the orders of this Court dated 08.01.2025.

4. Accordingly, the orders passed in Paragraph No.7 in the order dated 08.01.2025 are substituted as follows :

"7. Considering all the above said facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court hereby directs the respondents/authorities to conduct fresh enquiry by affording full opportunity to the petitioner to cross examine and conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry. Any such enquiry shall not be a parallel enquiry to the investigation being conducted by the EOW"

5. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in Paragraph No.7 in the order dated 08.01.2025 and issue order copy a fresh. 14.02.2025 raja
