This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5 as the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner Prakasam @ Jayaprakasa Mery as petitioners in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 1 to 5 has no serious objection for allowing this WMP.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this WMP is allowed as prayed for.
