By this common order, all these applications are being disposed of.
2. The applicants herein has adjudged as an insolvent on 09.03.2015. Therefore, these applicants had filed I.A.Nos.59, 68 and 16 of 2017. These applications were allowed on 21.07.2017 by a common order and the Court was pleased to close the respective insolvency petitions filed by the second respondent/petitioning creditor. Hence, these applications have now been filed.
3. Mr.Srikanth, learned counsel for the second respondent/ petitioning creditor submits that the amount have been settled and therefore he has no objection for allowing these applications.
4. The learned Official Assignee would submit that the publication has to be effected by the Registry. Hence, the amount is to be directed to deposited with the State Government in terms of Rule 17 of the Presidency Town and Insolvency Act, 1909.
5. Considering the same, these applications are disposed of by directing the petitioner to deposit the amount as is contemplated under Rule 17 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to such compliance, Registry shall effect publication in the Gazette, as is contemplated under Rule 17.
6. These Applications stands disposed of with the above observations.
