Court dated 07.03.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.5104 of 2023. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case is over and final report was also filed through e-filing on 13.02.2024. 3.In view of the filing of the final report, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this petition is closed. The learned Magistrate concerned is directed to take the case on file, if the final report is in order as expeditiously as possible and proceed further with the case in the manner known to law.
