COMMON ORDER Today, these Criminal Original Petitions are listed under the caption "for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.29244 of 2024 and 28819 of 2024, this Court vide order dated 11.12.2024 had directed the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28819 of 2024 to deposit the original title deed of the document bearing No.4480/2013, however, it had been wrongly mentioned as 'No.4486 of 2013' and thereby seeks to make necessary corrections in paragraphs 3 and 6(b) of the order. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and Final Report has also been filed. 4.Considering the submissions made, the corrections to be made in the order dated 11.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.29244 of 2024 and 28819 of 2024 in paragraph Nos.3, 6(b) and 6(c) are as under:

(i) The document number mentioned in Paragraph Nos.3 and 6(b) be corrected as the document 'No.4480 of 2013' instead of No.4486 of 2013; (ii)Paragraph No.6(c) be corrected as "the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all working days at 10.30a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Judge". (iii)Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.29244 of 2024 and 28819 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 from the date on which the order copy

made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioners.

10.02.2025 Note: (i) Issue order copy on 17.02.2025;

(ii)The Registry is directed to issue fresh order after making necessary corrections.
