This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.47 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023 pending on the file of the respondent/Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.47 of 2023, R.C.No.75 of 2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Yercaud on 24.11.2024.

4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
