3.Saravanan .. Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent police to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Meenakshi, aged about 24 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The petitioner's daughter, Meenakshi, aged about 24 years, went missing from her father's house on 10.11.2023. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent police, which has been registered in Cr.No.783 of 2023, dated 13.11.2023. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Pending the petition, the respondents had produced the petitioner's daughter before us. We thought it was fit to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre. Accordingly, the mediation was held on 04.01.2024 . Soon after the mediation, it was stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his

daughter had agreed to reconcile with him. Accordingly, both the petitioner and his daughter are now living together.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his grievance has been redressed.

4.In view of these submissions, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
