Crl.M.P.No.16766 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.393 of 2024 Crl.M.P.No.16766 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.393 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN,J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for depositing the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial Court in Crl.R.C.No.393 of 2024 dated 25/7/2024.

2. Heard Mr.C.D.Johnson, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Vide, order, dated 25/7/2024, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that certified copy of the original order was received on 5/11/2024 and hence, seeks two weeks time to comply with the earlier direction.

4. Accordingly, two weeks time is granted, from today, to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) before the trial Court in R.C.No.393 of 2024 dated 25/7/2024.
