PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai in Crl.M.P.No.3418 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023 that the petitioner should pay Rs.40,000/- which is non-refundable into the account of "The Chief Educational Officer, Chief Educational Office, Tiruvannamalai, Account No.053601000073494" of Indian Overseas Bank, Tiruvannamalai, IFSC No.IOBA0000536.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai in Crl.M.P.No.3418 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023 that the petitioner should pay Rs.40,000/- which is non-refundable into the account of "The Chief Educational Officer, Chief Educational Office, Tiruvannamalai, Account No.053601000073494" of Indian Overseas Bank, Tiruvannamalai, IFSC No.IOBA0000536.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed inability to marshal the said amount of Rs.40,000/-.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) into the account of the "The Chief Educational Officer, Chief Educational Office, Tiruvannamalai, Account No.053601000073494" of Indian Overseas Bank, Tiruvannamalai, IFSC No.IOBA0000536, on or before 05.01.2024, failing which, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand automatically dismissed. 12.12.2023 nvi To 1.The Inspector of Police, Kannamangalam Police Station,Thiruvannamalai District.
