ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction upon the respondent 1 to 28 to secure and safeguard the interest of minor to 29th to 35th respondent-temples by considering his representations dated 10.03.2025 and 09.09.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there are so many anomalies on the respondents 29 to 35-temples' administration and its properties and thereby, he has given representations in this regard to the respondents. It it the grievance of the petitioner that his representations have not been considered by the official respondents and no order has been passed.

3. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner (Partyin-Person), this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 9, 15 and 26 to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 10.03.2025 and 09.09.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
