ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No. 16598 of 2024 and to extend the time to comply the conditions.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, para No. 5 (a) of the order dated 15.07.2024 is modified as follows: 5.a. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of crime No.232 of 2024 before the concerned magistrate.

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to comply with the conditions. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
