This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.3 imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., and on all case hearing dates without fail" in Crl.M.P.No.16410 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17393 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court weekly once, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the examination of the victim child and thereafter, during the court hearing dates.
