This petition is filed to condone the delay of 904 days in filing the above revision.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court.

5.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to number the main criminal revision case on proof of payment of cost and print the name of Mr.C.Balamurugan as learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list at the time of listing the matter for Admission.
