This application is filed to grant leave to the Applicants/Plaintiffs to institute the suit to sell the plaintiff-trust properties.

2. According to the applicants, they filed the main suit to grant permission to sell the property belonging to the plaintiff/trust for the benefit of the trust and there are outstanding dues payable by the trust. Further, already, this Court granted leave in A.No.4786 of 2025 on 26.09.2025.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of the Court and the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed. Leave is granted. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
