This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that there is a civil dispute involved between the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the competent civil court.
