ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer of this writ petition. The petitioner also seeks for police aid to enable the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries.

2. According to the petitioner, the private respondents, namely the respondents 5 to 8 are objecting to the survey and demarcation of the boundaries. According to the petitioner, the respondents 5 to 8 have also unlawfully removed the survey stones in the properties which were affixed pursuant to the earlier survey conducted by the petitioner.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the petitioner, if the survey and demarcation of boundaries with the assistance of police is done in the presence Page No.2 of 4

of the respondents 5 to 8 and after hearing their objections, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 8 is also present before this Court today. Till date, no counter has been filed by the respondents 5 to 8.

5. If the aforesaid direction is issued by this Court, the interest of the respondents 5 to 8 is also protected.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 4th respondent, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 8, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
