ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a native of Cumbum, Theni District. Based on the false complaint lodged by one Sampath who is the Manager of Sri Narayani Peedam (Sripuram Golden Temple), Vellore, the respondents already called the petitioner thrice and illegally detained him for three days and only thereafter, they relieved the petitioner and now again they are calling the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the Manager of Shri Narayani Peedam (Sripuram Golden Temple), Vellore, the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.285 of 2019 on 28.08.2019 under Section 66 A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and under Sections 506(2), 384, 511, 505(3) and 507 of IPC. In respect of his contentions, he has produced a xerox copy of F.I.R to show that a case has been registered in Crime No.235 of 2019 on the file of Ariyur Police Station, Vellore District. He further submitted that for investigation purpose, the petitioner has to be arrested and the respondent police is searching the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is rushed to this Court by filing this petition and hence, he requests to dismiss the petition.
4. He further submitted that though the said FIR, states "unknown person", the investigation reveals that the petitioner is the accused in the said case and only for investigation purpose, the petitioner was searched.
5. Under the said circumstances, this Court does not find any merit in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
