JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The Writ Appeal has been filed against the order dated 02.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.31544 of 2023.

2. After advancing arguments for a considerable length of time and when this Court formed an opinion that the parties are to be relegated to the Civil Court for the purpose of establishing title for registration of document and further, it is found that there is no infirmity in respect of the order passed by the Writ Court, the learned counsel for the appellant has chosen to withdraw the Writ Appeal and made an 2/4

endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the parties to agitate their grievances before the competent Court of Law. No costs.
