ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.07.2024 made in WP.No.7241 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has enclosed the detailed judgement which is passed in the Writ Appeal.No.2314 of 2024 etc., arising out of the same order. Therefore, when this Court questioned about the propriety of bringing the Contempt Petition before this Court rather than bringing the same to the notice of the Division Bench, the learned counsel 2/4

appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to file an appropriate Contempt Petition before the Division Bench.

3. With liberty to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
