I heard Mr.N.K.Susruthan for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ramanlal, Additional Advocate General representing Mr.M.Rajamathivanan, Standing Counsel.

2.When the matter is called, the learned Additional Advocate General produced the proceedings of the Commissioner, Namakkal Corporation, stating that the order of this Court dated 18.01.2018, in W.P.No.28471 of 2013, has been complied with and the road which had been laid down has been removed. 3.In case, the petitioner does not hand over the amount as directed by this Court on 17.10.2025, to pay the cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to Mr.N.Kamalanathan, the former Commissioner of Namakkal Corporation, proceedings will be initiated against the petitioner.
