When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is detained as "Goonda" as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if such process is not completed within a period of three weeks.
