This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr. No.667 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent / complainant.

Heard Mrs. S. Jayanthi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and the draft final report is also ready to be filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur as against 6 accused persons. The copy of the draft final report was also placed before this Court.

In the light of the above submissions, the relief sought for by 2/4

the petitioner cannot be granted. Ultimately, if the concerned Court takes cognizance and summon is issued to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
