(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. All the respondents having been served, one Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and she has no serious objection in allowing the petition. Remaining respondents, i.e., R6 & R7 though had been served and the name and the address of the respondents 6 & 7 have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of them.

4. Since the delay is 95 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
