ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of this Court order dated 08.04.2019 in W.P.No.9648 of 2019.

2. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent submitted before this Court that pursuant to the earlier order passed in W.P.No.9648 of 2019, dated 08.04.2019 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3341/2013/E-II, dated 19.02.2020 before this Court and the same was recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent as well as the copy of the proceedings dated 19.02.2020 submitted by The Commissioner, Attur Municipality, Attur-636 102, Salem District, hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek any other relief before the Competent Authority in the manner known to law.
