This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, on everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19620 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19620 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, on the second working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
