This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order in Form GST APL-02 bearing Ref.No.ZD331024112753X dated 17.10.2024, the order in Form GST DRC-07 bearing Ref.No.ZD331023012233C dated 04.10.2023 and the connected order bearing Ref.(GSTN:33AADPR1102R1ZQ)/March 2018 dated 04.10.2023 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to provide the petitioner with an opportunity of hearing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect in the writ papers.
