By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to permit 2/6
the petitioner to supply commercial Gas Cylinders to Arulmigu Arunachaleeswarar Temple for its use by considering its representation dated 19.10.2024.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that it has been supplying commercial Gas Cylinders to the 5th respondent/Temple for more than two years. Suddenly, the 4th respondent herein stopped purchasing the Gas Cylinders from the petitioner from November-2023 without assigning any reason. Therefore, a representation was submitted by the petitioner before the respondents 1 and 2 on 07.11.2024 requesting them to permit the petitioner to supply commercial Gas Cylinders to the 5th respondent/Temple and the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2 till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader (HR & CE), who is taking notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was rejected on 23.11.2024.
5. The respondents are directed to communicate the rejection order to 3/6
the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 25.11.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No dm 4/6
