O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision, which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner is the wife and she has filed the petition for divorce in the year 2016. According to the petitioner for more than three years, the trial Court has not taken up the H.M.O.P. for trial and hence she has filed the present revision seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the same within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
